• SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME

Once you have placed an order, please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be fufilled and dispatched, except weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been sent off, you will receive an email from us informing you it has been shipped.
Please note that changes or cancellations of orders will not be accepted once the shipping confirmation has been delivered.

At checkout, you will have options for delivery:

-STANDARD Shipping (7$) : Approx. 7-12working days.

- Shipping (22$) : Approx.3-7working days

- Please make sure all your personal information is correct before confirming your order.

Tip: Buying 2 products or more at the same time will save you quite a lot on shipping fees.

Please note, delivery times are approximate. Please allow estimated delivery time before contacting us. Remember working/business days DO NOT include Saturdays, sundays, Bank Holidays, or any other public holidays. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

In any rare cases where your item is lost or delayed after dispatch, we will not be held responsible and all disputes should be taken up with the shipping company. Moreover, we do not hold responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen packages.

• RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your purchase for all jewellery except earrings due to hygiene reasons.  Jewellery must be returned in the original packaging provided and in unworn and undamaged condition. You will be responsible for sending the package back and the shipping costs. Once your return has been processed you will have the choice of receiving a gift card for the product total or can choose to exchange for another item in stock.
