Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to all countries worldwide.
I placed an order. When will I receive an email confirmation?
As soon as your order is placed, you should receive an email confirmation. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, contact us at seeyoofficial@gmail.com.
I placed an order. How long does it take to process my order?
Once you place your order, please allow up to 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.
How long before I can receive my order?
Please expect to receive your order within 12-17 business days.
Where can I find tracking info for my order?
Tracking information is sent along with your email confirmation. Please make sure to check tracking information on your order daily with the tracking number that was provided. Please note UPS/FedEx tracking updates can take 24-48 hours to become available. If you could not locate an email confirmation in your inbox or spam folder, an email address was probably not entered when placing the order. Please contact seeyoofficial@gmail.com for tracking information.
Issue with your order?
Please contact customer service within 2-3 days for any issues after your order is delivered. For any orders 21 business days past delivery date, the order will be reshipped at the expense of the customer ($5).
How can I cancel or make a change to an order?
Please contact seeyoofficial@gmail.com immediately if you wish to cancel or request any changes to your order. However, we will not be able to cancel or adjust any orders once they’ve been shipped. Please note: our customer service hours are from 7am PST to 4pm PST, Monday - Friday.
What's the return policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
