Issue with your order?
Please contact customer service within 2-3 days for any issues after your order is delivered. For any orders 21 business days past delivery date, the order will be reshipped at the expense of the customer ($5).

How can I cancel or make a change to an order?

What's the return policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Easy Peasy for very furry Pom!

Really nice clippers

I use this for my little dog’s feet. He has long thick fur growing on his pads and this works a LOT better than the scissors I was using. It’s pretty quiet. He actually seems to like it better than the scissors and I can get more fur out.
